4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment for coins must be made through sellers account provided in the bidder's payment page.
4.2 Payment must be made within 5 hours of the auction close.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1 BidRush is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the platform.
5.2 BidRush disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and coins sold.
5.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BidRush and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities.

6.1 BidRush owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
6.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from BidRush without prior written permission.
